RENTAL POLICIES / INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Insurance Requirements click for printable version YOU MUST INSURE ALL EQUIPMENT. Jersey Jibs requires all renters to provide a certificate of insurance coverage prior to rental of any and all equipment. The renter is responsible for the expense of the insurance and it must cover all equipment rented for full replacement value from all parties rented from the time it leaves Jersey Jibs. The certificate must be presented to Jersey Jibs at least 24 hours prior to rental date with full approval of Jersey Jibs. The certificate will be issued on the industry standard ACORD form and should include the following: Name
and address of issuing broker Property Section The
limit shall equal or exceed current full replacement cost of the equipment Liability Section (REQUIRED) The
limit of liability shall be at least $1 million Renters who do not have insurance or who fail to supply Jersey Jibs with the necessary insurance forms will be charged a 15% non-refundable rental surcharge for insurance to be provided through Jersey Jibs' insurance company. This insurance will be documented and have a one thousand dollar deductible for which the renter wiil assume full liability. |
